Vicki Mash, MBA, CPMSM, CPCS is the System Director of Credentialing, Medical Staff Services, & Provider Enrollment at University Hospitals in Cleveland, Ohio. Ms. Mash has nearly 30 years of medical staff experience and leadership. Her career as a medical staff professional has also provided extensive experience in provider enrollment, credentialing verification processes, recruiting, and concierge services. In addition, Ms. Mash has extensive experience in accreditation with NCQA, TJC, DNV, and AAAHC. The expertise gained while working in large healthcare organizations has provided Ms. Mash with a platform to share knowledge and partner across a large system to accomplish efficiencies in workflows through technology. Ms. Mash has been very active in the state association, as well as the national association currently serving as a member of the Subject Matter Expert Subcommittee.
