Faith Rhoades, MMHC, CPMSM, CPCS, FMSP

Faith has worked in Medical Staff Services for more than 40 years. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration, and Masters in Management of Healthcare from Vanderbilt University. Her vast experience in the fields of Medical Staff Management and Leadership Development includes Director of Medical Staff Services, and most recently, Medical Staff Consultant. She has also served as volunteer on the NAMSS Bylaws, Industry and Government Relations, and Membership Committees, NAMSS Instructor, and Director At Large on the NAMSS Board.

She was co-researcher and writer for "The Big Three: A Side by Side Matrix Comparing Hospital Accrediting Agencies”, and was involved in NAMSS’ development of the leadership program, and research of international credentialing. She has been a speaker for NAMSS Education Conferences and State Associations on topics related to medical staff compliance, credentialing, fair hearings, leadership and professional development.

In addition to her work and volunteerism, Faith loves to study and teach piano performance.
