She is the System Vice President of Medical Affairs Operations at Mount Sinai Health System in New York, and serves as Of Counsel at the Medical Malpractice Trial law firm Van Wey, Metzler & Williams, in Dallas, TX. She helps to lead a patient safety advocacy group that participates in lobbying at the State and National level. .
