Diane M. Meldi, MBA, CPCS, CPMSM, FMSP is the Senior Consultant - Medical Staff Services for Mercy. Diane is a Past President of NAMSS and is currently the NAMSS Board of Directors Liaison for Government Relations, Chair - NAMSS Ideal Credentaling Standards Task Force; Chair - NAMSS StOC Task Force and Co Chair - NAMSS Roundtable. Diane has also served as the ABMS Stakeholders Council member for the past six years.

Diane has over 25 years experience in medical staff governance, peer review, clinical privileges, credentialing software database management, FPPE, OPPE, Vanderbilt PARS/CORS program, health plans credentialing programs, credentialilng, delegated agreements and policies and procedures. Diane has always felt that education, training and attending professional conferences will build the future Medical Services Professionals careers. Patient safety and quality of care should always come first.
