Michellene Kerr-Gordon is a Project Management Professional (PMP) with over 15 years’ experience leading increasing complex multi-year engagements for large health care organizations. Currently, in her role as Manager of Care Delivery Program Management for Bon Secours Mercy Health, she has partnered with the CVO, BSMH medical group, and multiple functional teams across the enterprise to streamline the onboarding process for providers to join the ministry. She also holds an MBA from the University of Maryland’s R.H. Smith School of Business. In her spare time she loves to tend to her vegetable garden, sew cute outfits for her children, and bake her family special treats.
