Session Description: Like everyone, health workers deserve the right to pursue mental health care without fear of losing their job. Through the Dr. Lorna Breen Heroes' Foundation's Wellbeing First Champion Challenge, many NAMSS members removed one of the most substantial system barriers to health workers' well-being—intrusive mental health questions on credentialing applications. During this session, watch your peers be recognized for making it safe for their health workers to seek care, as well as learn how your organization can take three steps to become a Wellbeing First Champion for Credentialing.
