Session Description: Providers not starting on time or starting on time, but not getting reimbursed for services? This session will detail the ins and outs of having a clearly defined provider onboarding program. Through both didactic and interactive means, session participants will learn how to remotely manage people, build relationships, and drive performance improvement to enhance the provider experience as they transition into the institution. This session will also describe how enhancing the provider's experience leads to better talent retention as well as increased financial reimbursement for the organization.

  • Will understand the impact a clearly defined onboarding program has on improving the provider experience within the organization and how this can lead to better provider retention rates.
